Haha...you know what...I have a race car so I'm always looking to reduce weight, and aluminum sounded right up my alley. Hard to break old habits lol! This is a whole new thing for me, so I gotta start thinking different as far as the truck goes. Getting a heavier duty one does make sense. Whats the point of reducing weight if youre gonna be crawlin' through trails? DUUUUUH!Dont mind me...just a little tarded :P

When I see that phrase "Chrome won't get you Home" ..I just want to slap the imbeciles that thinks that is funny..the Phrase should continue to say..."Chrome won't get you Home, but neither will no chrome, so I'm a dumbass for even saying it."

Has anyone ever given thought of having a rack custom made?
I think a welding shop that would have some lightweight 1" steel could easy make something similar to a Gobi. No? Doesn't look that difficult. But then I am not a welder...
