Sunroof is Stuck Open in Vent Position???
Any advice on what would be wrong? My Sunroof is Stuck Open in Vent Position.
I checked both fuses assoicated with the sunroof and dissconnected the battery for about a minute hoping that would reset set any gremlins. When you push the switch for the sunroof you don't hear the motor moving etc. Thanks for any advice you have before I take it to the dealer |

I tried holding down the switch for 30 seconds todayand I heard the sunroof motor move a little.
I'll try cleaning the tracks and rollers and lubricating them with WD-40 and or silicone spray and see it help get the sunroof moving again. |

would be the wiring or one of the components - it's relatively in depth to diagnose - I'd let the dealer work on it.

Maybe have someone "gently" push down on the sunroof while you work the switch. It might get it down until you can get it to the dealer.
