I used to think the H1 was the only true hummer. I still don't care for the H1, but the H2 is growing on me. I am starting research on buying one. Haven't gone looking yet. Am I reading right that starting in 2009, a third row was available?

If by third row you mean an additional seat in the rear, that was already offered in 2003. (not laughing)

 

I go by the Arnold scale. If he's got one, it's worth having

This is not a Stupid question at all. 2003-2008 had an optional third row seat for 1. In 09 Second row Captians chairs with a thrid row seat was made available eigther way all years can seat 6.

There is an aftermarket 3rd row available for 03-08 that seats 2. Usually found on ebay for close to $1000.

 

Thanks. That opens up more options. Was hoping atleast 7 seater, but I think I can handle a 6 seater.

I have a 3rd in my H2, comes in quite handy. I like that I can cover and store it when I don't need it.

 

 

All the hummers have a third row seat. But the 08-09 models have a FULL THIRD ROW SEAT.

 

I know I won't be able to afford a 2008 or newer. Glad the slightly older ones have a little bit of a third row. I ASSume the tire can go on the back? I like my cargo space.
