Stumble And Stalls?

I have a 2003 hummer h2 with 104k miles and just recentley it has started to stall while driving. At first it only did it once and i drove it the rest of the day with no problems. Since then it has gotten worse each time Have driven it. When it stalls if i leave it in drive when it will eventually rifire while coasting and take off again then it dose it again.

Any ideas? ----- I have already replace the Cps and did not change anything.
