Squeaking Sound

Hello everyone. I have a 2007 H3 with 130,000 miles on it. I have recently been at a pecan tree plot with lots of dirt, including elevated mounds of dirt that were driven over.

I recently started having a squeaking sound, similar to a squeaky matress, come from somewhere in the middle to back part of the H3.

I am not very mechanically inclined, so please go easy on me. The squeak only happens when in drive going slowly, it goes away once I reach around 10 to 15 mph or so. It goes away in reverse and in neutral. I tried pinpointing the squeak, but it is hard to do. I think it might be coming from the driveshaft. I am currently in Mexico but am returning to the US (14 hour drive) in 3 days. Any advice on what it could be and if it sounds ok to take back to the US?

Constant noise or comes and goes?
Something caught between your brake rotor and pad?
Did you get under it and check for branches or something else touching a rotating part.

Its not constant, it squeaks for a second then stops and then keeps repeating until I stop or go fast enough. I checked underneath and saw nothing. I could check between the rotor and pad to see. Could it be something with the U joint or would that happen in reverse too?
