Has anyone ran into a problem with speedomertor not comming back down to 0mph gets stuck say like on 20mph instead of 0 and then moving speedomertor moves up but then when niddle comes down gets stuck on a higher say like 40mph and so on. Anyone have any suggestions I have been adjusting it manual for a day or so but don't want to put back togeather not knowing if its going to work correctly. thanks, Vinnie
