Spare tire tag light help
 

I have an 05 H2 with the rear tire carrier and my tag light is out. Its not the bulb. Im not getting power to the wires, and can't seem to figure out which fuse it connects to. I looked underneath the truck and it appears that the wires went to the trailer harness but not sure

Any Ideas??
