Not sure the nature of your question.
They are gusseted and welded under the big bracket, on both sides of both brackets and on the bottom where they are indexed into the big plate.
Or if you were asking about having the holes punched it is because the plasma torch may cause a problem because the mounting holes might be a little tight with the slight angle where it burns thru.

I am not sure until they try if that slot will be done or not because of the plasma use. They will attempt it. It was more of an assembly process than strength but several opinions think it will be strong without that.
I will know when I get the prototype they make.

I started on this forum a long time back and still want to offer these on here.
Well the short of it is now I have two sources for these. I have a sample from each of them.
These have been adjusted in the rear angle to allow for the larger Bilstein shock eye to fit.
They will be $215 shipped when I get them to cover expenses and a bit of Hummer improvement money for me, actually a little less than before to keep the price down.
To possibly repeat this I am asking for payment in advance so I can get these made.
The price has gone up and I don't want to shell out my Hummer money for 30 sets in advance. I don't claim to be a big supplier just a guy that found a niche product we can all use.
Response has been good and I hope to turn them loose on making these soon. When I have collected enough to get them started I hope to have some in about two weeks, let's hope they stick to that.
Both places said the assembly time would have to be worked into their schedules.
When I get them they will go out to paid orders 3 day USPS Priority mail.
