skid plate and splash pan
 

A member on here found a 2008 H3 logoed splash pan for me. My question is will it fit my 2006 and should I buy it without the skid plate that goes with it or should I hold out for someone who has the set? I am afraid that if I buy it, no one else will want to break up their set.

I know there was a change to the front end a little in 07 or 08 (can't remember which) but it involved a radiator crash bar. the other skid plate I think is the same on all years

The splash pan with the "H3" stamped on it will fit your 2006 H3 as it will only fit the 2006-07 models.

The 2008-2010 H3 splash pan does not have the "H3" stamped on it and won't fit on the 2006-2007s.

In 2008 GM modified the lower portion of the bumper and added a crash bar. This resulted in a slightly different splash pan for the 2008-10s. The skid plate is the same on all years.

The seller in the link I sent you obviously does not know the year of the one he is selling. It's for an 06-07 H3 and can't be off an 08. Hope this helps.

Bigunit, you are really up on this, what is your take, should I buy it and hope for a chance to buy the mate, or should I hold out for the pair off of one seller?
