It looks like this is the Sirius tuner we need. I'm trying to find out if we can still use our XM antenna. $89 is not a bad price!

Any of the sirius or XM radios can be hard wired in, my sportster 4 is and the sound is great. I don't use the fm modulator that came with the radio.

This is the SIR GMI Sirius module. It get's hardwired under the dash. No FM transmissions to your radio. I'm not sure how that is displayed on your OEM radio but I will find out.

That's about the same price as the Sirius product. I'd like to go with the Sirius module and the Sirius service. I'm sure they would take better care of you for questions and problems.

I just hooked up my Sirius today but my reception stinks. I had this radio hooked up in my Suburban and it worked great, I think because the windshield was larger and more of a angle. I too like Nascar and have been jonesing for a week now since I got my H3. What the heck is a grandma to do? I have moved the antennae all over the windshield. Any suggestions as to the placement of the antennaes? I don't have the xm option on my radio.

Not sure what you have now but you don't want one with an FM modulator. You want a hard wired Module like I posted earlier. It's made by Sirius and includes the antenna.

I am having the GM Connect installed Friday, also found an Antenna wire that allows you to use the Xm antenna. Has anyone tried this yet, included a link below.
