My wife and I are in the same position. We started a business 15+ years ago and work out of an office in our backyard. Cost of gas is a non-issue for us and we were able to pay cash for our H2 (so no car payments).

I say, GO FOR IT! You are going to love driving a H2! And as another posted pointed out, an H2 will provide the ultimate in safety for your family. Congratulations!
