Shifter problems ( not just stuck in park or key in Ignition)
 

I'm having trouble with my 2003 H2 shifting.sometimes it gets stuck in park and sometimes works just fine. I recently replaced the cable and shifter thinking that was the problem and I am still having the problem occasionally. Sometimes it works properly and unlocks the doors but most of the time when you put it in park it does not unlock the doors. You have to play with the shifter when in reverse to get the mirrors to adjust and the rear camera to come on. Sometimes if you slam it in park it will unlock the doors. The Key has never got stuck just these other problems.

I'm still reading through posts on this issue it have not found anything mentioning the lock issu or reverse problem. Is there an adjustment in the shifter cable or could it be electrical? The wires look good on the connection.
The shifter cylinode was replaced already.
