Shaky Driver Side Mirror Fix?

Does anyone know a fix for the shaky driver side mirror. It's really getting on my nerves now...

I had that heat shield rattle too.

The link doesn't work for me. How did you fix the rattling mirror? Both of mine rattle.

I have a 2006 H3, and my mirrors don't move, at all! I cannot close them, but they "rattle" on the highway.

I believe this is a defect for early 06 3's? Can anyone confirm this? Also, is there a way to fix this issue? I tried to forcefully move them but i'm afraid to snap them.
