Scrambled NAV Screen?

Scrambled NAV Screen?
I got a new one for Ya'll....
This morning I got up to 28 degrees in Victoria Texas. I started the beast and the NAV screen lost its video sync and it looks all scambled. It works, just can't see the radio buttons or maps. Also the ceiling light stays on. I drove for around 10 minutes and it stayed on. I got out and locked it. The light went out.
Anyone? Any ideas?
Time to get a new one?
An Alpha possibly?
