I have a BRAND NEW - PHITCH-5C Hitch Camera (Chrome of Course ) for sale. It has IR Led's which give it night vision, but it won't SEAMLESSLY go with my Eclipse head unit without a toggle! DAMM ECLIPSE [:@]

No, you can use it with ANY VEHICLE with a monitor or head unit with a screen.

Unfortunately I have an Eclipse AVN2454 and the ONLY way to have it on my screen is with a toggle switch to access it. Eclipse made their decks to ONLY go seamlessly with their own back up camera, the Eclipse BEC-105. So I ordered one.

Also what if I have to use the hitch? It's wired so will it just hang there in back or what...?

LOL nope...

I'm more worried about that I'd do if I'd have to use the hitch, I don't want to just let it dangle...? Is there some kind of connector toward the end?

Hey Phil,

I checked, there IS A CONNECTOR a couple of inches outside the camera to the rest of the wiring that goes to the dash. My install guy had some electrical tape wrapped around it I guess to make it more secure.

Again, this is NEW, never used, but my intall guy DID try to install it before he told me that is wasn't PLUG and PLAY with my Eclipse deck!!

I just received my Eclipse BEC-103 back-up camera from kodiakz on that OTHER FORUM;) He owns a Car Audio shop that's licensed to sell Eclipse!

Ok last question, how does it connect to the headunit? Is it RCA plugs?
