Does that also include the filler behind the bumper cover? I 'm looking for a bumper cover + filler.

 

I'm not at home to look however the illustration I found would suggest yes because that is what the lights mount to also the lower grill plate! Filler MSRP IS $314.72 by its self thats nuts.

 

If it has the filler I'd be interested as I need both because my hummer was recently in a minor wreck.

Yes the filler is included also outer, braces left and right, and bumper cover seal.
