Replacing the left rear seat belt assy.

I have a new seat belt assy for the left rear of my 2010 H3. It appears that I need to remove the black plastic interior liner that goes from the rear seat to the rear door. Does anyone have instructions on how to do this to replace the left rear seat belt assembly? TIA

the top unscrews, the bottom you might just pop the panel loose to get to it huh? no need to pull it all.
