i installed the 6 piece kit from crown performance along with dimpled and slotted rotors and ebc pads. very happy with the new brake performance. a noticeable improvement over what i had originally.
Only down side was the cost associated with the lines. It cost more to install the lines than the new rotors, pads and shocks put together. |
I have had this kit from Amazon on my truck for several months and they seem to work great. The pedal feel is fabulous and not as squishy. My mechanic did the install.

I need to order these as well, agree for 10 years now I have always thought the H2 pedal seemed squishy and that the factory brakes aren't as good as they lead you to believe. Casual tooling around mall they are A ok, but use them harder coming to a stop or back roads they quickly feel week.

I had those lines installed a year ago. Also the flexible stainless hoses. No more worry about rusted lines, at least for the brakes.
My mechanic did it works fine. |
