Remove Plastic/rubber front bumper
 

This is the part of the bumper just below the grill and has the holes for the fog lights. If I can get it off it will make it much easier to get the last bolt below the headlight off when removing the grill itself.

good suggestion. Had one for many years, missplaced it and never replaced it.
