Relocate Lic Plate & want to keep Spare Tire & Arm
 

Anyone out here have any ideas or advice on relocating the rear license plate but keeping the spare tire and arm assembly? Does anyone have or know of any kits that allow this application and/or can hand over a custom idea that i can incorporate on my rig?
