Reduced Power. Service Stab System Traction Failed

Reduced Power. Service Stab System Traction Failed.
2006 Hummer H3 Base 3.5L
New Block
New Manifold

This has been an inconsistent issue up until recently. Now its an everyday issue.. Just replaced the accelerator pedal assembly today upon recommendation. Did not fix the issue. Cleaned the TB. Did not resolve.
Codes P2176, P2101, P1516.
Throws P2176 First. Then after clearing codes it throws P2101 and P1516
Did notice the TB butterfly does not open when pressing the gas pedal but was told by GM it wasn't the TB after they put on a new TB it continues with the same behavior.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Just updating my post. Added new Ported Throttle Body, issue still persisited , a new accelerator pedal assembly, issue still, and a brand new PCM. Waiting on PCM to be programmed. Hopefully new PCM does the trick. TBD.

Have same vehicle: 2006 H3 3.5L basic (manual), 82K miles

Same issues: loss of power, traction failure light comes on.

April 2016 Mechanic pulled codes PO101 MAF sensor, PO326 Knock sensor and PO068 Throttle body. Examination found catalytic converter had broken and was choking engine exhaust. Replaced catalytic converter and downstream O2 sensor (437 converter, 130 O2 sensor, 3 hours labor @ 89/hour total 834). Car back to normal.

Not sure you have exact same problem, but seemed similar.

New PCM and re-wired all wires to the PCM.
Issue resolved. Somewhere in the wiring was a short.
Once new PCM was on, H3 ran fine, next morning started in Reduced Power Mode,
2 hours later, started without issue.
We pulled on the wiring to the PCM and duplicated the Reduced Power Mode. After re-wiring it is running.

I have a 06 H3 and mine went to reduced power mode off and on for months. A battery disconnect and reconnect seemed to work for awhile until one day it didn't. Took it in and they replaced my throttle body. H3 ran smoother but it went back into Reduced power mode. On a whim I disconnected my Air Mass Sensor flow by the air filter and started it up. The dash still showed Reduced Power mode but the H3 ran like nothing was wrong. I ran some Mass Air Cleaner threw and so far it is running good again but I am always worried now that Reduced power mode is gonna pop up at the worst time. Getting the PCM switched out tomorrow by the dealer but if you're in a bind try disconnecting the mass air flow sensor.

This would be considered a duplicate post, which is frowned upon here.

Your blanket statement is not a safe assumption. MAF sensor input plays a role in triggering reduced power mode in only a limited circumstance. It may be important if you would have pulled the code stored in the PCM when the reduced power mode illuminated, but without that code, it is just a guess likely to cause other people more trouble than when they started.
