Receiver Hitch drop and extension measurements???
 

Can anyone give me a receiver hitch measurements for drop down and extension length to buy for my 07 SUT with spare tire carrier? I want to order one today and would like to get it right the first time. Looks like I need a 12 inch extension (to clear spare) and a 4 inch drop. Any input would be appreciated.

I think you are right on with the 4" drop.... I checked mine and I am set up for 4 1/2"

I have something a little different that you might want to consider.... or not... but mine is 16" from the pin to the ball...
