Okay guys, I went to the local Lowe's store and picked up a Hillman 1-3/8" metal hole plug (it was chrome), brought it home primed it with some self etching primer and hit it with 3 coats of flat black spray paint and this is what I came up with. Not best looking thing but a lot better than that dang hole!

Looks better, nicer then the hole, I was getting ready to give you the SHOCKER!

might want to spray your butt-plug with some spray on bed liner, that might match the color and texture of the bumper better than flat black spray paint. just a thought . . . .
