Programming Key Fob for Garage door

Does anyone know the process of programming the garage door on the 4 button H1 key Fob? I looked in the manual and it describes a 3 button remote. I also have a updated H1 rearview mirror with the garage door buttons cant find any info on programming that either. Any help would be great. Attachment 10460

Its chapter 12 page 106-108 of the 99-2000 service manual. Its to much to type but email or call / text me during the day and i can get the info to you.

Thank You! I have this service manual on CD-ROM, however I haven't viewed it do to the fact that I no longer have any computers with CD Drives...

If you can just have someone read the cd and email you the file in pdf format or somthing. Its a pain in the ars because you have to know what chapter and page if you dont want to read thru the whole thing.
