problem with home link garage door opener need help!!!

my homelink garage door opener does not work i tried programing it but nothing happened no lights flashing then i cheked their web page and i saw it should be a red light, mine does not light up, checked fuse , fuse is alright.
if anyone can help please post reply!!!

yea but it absolutly does not work the red light wont flash at all, its like its turned off or somethin
