Power to R rear tail light
 

I have no power going to the bulb base on my h2... Have blinker, stop, and brakes but no tail light. Also side marker same side does not work... I thought it was just a buld but no dice! I was told the square bulb base has a breaker type set up anyone heard of this? Checked power on prongs in base, guess this weekend I need to test the power on wirers coming into base... I hat electrical BS....

What did you guys try so far? If it had a breaker setup wouldn't it work after an hour after it cooled down? Wouldn't you think?

So far I have replaced the bulb twice, checked the wires to make sure they aren't loose and I checked the fuses. By the way if anyone needs to purchase a marker light for cheap go to www.gmparts4u.com as they have the best deal so far from my research. I am open to other ideas to try as well. Keep getting pulled over at night! :)

Just out of curiosity, have you checked the contacts for corrosion? You might clean them up with some sandpaper or a file and then make sure the contacts haven't been pushed in to much so there is good contact..

Did you check the wires to see if you were getting voltage?

I am going to mess with it again in the morning. Still out... I rePlaced the left rear marker light too... Nothing. Help
