I just purchased this unit and will be doing the install this weekend:

1. What is needed? A wiring harness for an H3 that I can pick up at best buy? Anything else?
2. Does anyone have detailed install instructions? I have done many installs in the past but I haven't done any on new vehicles.
3. Anyone have pics of this unit installed?

i no u will need a antenna adapter and the wire harness that retains onstar and factory door chimes u will also need something to cut the bar out behind stock radio to make room for the new unit. have fun

 

If you did install it it would be nice if you posted some pics, instructions. I am planning on purchasing a unit in the near future and try to install on my own.
