picking some wheels
hey guys im in the market for some new shoes for my h2, i love rockstars and fueled wheels but since i am part of a team, i get discounts on some wheels.
My goal is to have 22" rims with 37" tires or 20" rims with 37" tires. This is the website my team president linked me to they have a pretty decent selection of wheels but I just cant decide! Raceline truck wheels first choice are these 22x9.5 http://racelinewheels.com/images/Product/medium/549.jpg 2nd 22x9.5 http://racelinewheels.com/images/Product/large/185.jpg 3rd 20x9 http://racelinewheels.com/images/Product/medium/719.jpg and lastly 20x9 http://racelinewheels.com/images/Product/medium/592.jpg those wheels i get a special discount or I can just bite the bullet and order a package with some KMC XDs or Rockstars. what do you guys think? |
I would buy what you really want. I recently bought a roof rack cause it was a great deal even though I really wanted a Gobi....now I removed the rack & sold it for a loss as it just wasn't what I really want. I am not gonna make the same mistake on my wheels...I'm definitely getting fuel wheel setup in the near future. :)

I like your first choice and they look to be easy to maintain !:D

I prefer a "dish" on my wheels and I bought my SUT with 22x9.5's with a +10mm os (no dish). Needless to say I don't care for them. There are very few 22's out there in a low offset so I am thinking of going to a 20x10 since there are soooo many styles available in a -24mm os. I would even consider something in a -12mm os. What I am trying to say is research before you buy. "Google" the rims you may want to see if there are photos of a Hummer with them mounted. Also, carefully determine your offset, width and diameter before you buy. Chances are the photos of the wheels on the websites are not the offsets for your vehicle.
