Default Passenger side mirror REALLY loose.

My passenger side mirror is really loose on my 2006 H3. It isn't the part that is bolted to the body but the top part of the mirror housing that you can push into the window. Does anyone know how to remove or get access to the bolts that hold it together so that I can tighten it?

Thx!

My driver side mirror is doing the same thing. I have a replacement mirror but not sure how to go about swapping them out. Does it require removing the interior door panel or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The plastic is most likely cracked and there is no way "tighten" it. Your options are epoxy or glue (which is only a temporary fix) or replace the mirror assembly. The same thing happened to my drivers side mirror on my 08 and I ended up purchased a BNIB OEM one on eBay for $69+$6 Shipping. Purchased it back in May and still haven't put it on. I guess I will just wait until the old one completely falls apart

Yes, you have to remove the door panel to access the bolts that attach the mirror to the door.
