hello everyone,
i want to paint my stock rims flat black...any suggestion or guidelines on the procedures?...what kind of brand for the paint and i need to get it done...thanks

you want satin correct? i paint my wheels flat black and then i use black hammer finish, it looks like a factory job when done because the way the paint dries like a tool box.

personally I would prefer gloss but here is step of how someone did theirs and they are flat black. There are 4 steps I believe this guy has them all on his flickr page. He even shows them after he went wheeling and they do look like dust magnets to me.

like i said use the rustoleum hammer finish. its a satin low gloss finish thats durable. but please take off your tires off the truck, when you do that you can paint your calipers red imo.
