Painting Fenders Today
4 Attachment(s)
So I was inspired by a previous thread about bed lined fenders and tired of scratches from tree limbs and bushes on the trail so...
Attachment 17181 Attachment 17182 Removing the fenders was tricky. There was a BUNCH of plastic snaps and clips i really didn't want to break. Attachment 17183 Attachment 17184 Three coats of spray bed liner so far (after wet sanding of course). I'll do at least one more before replacing them tomorrow. I'll post pics when i get them back on. Buster |
damn. sorry for the HUGE pics

I have no experience with painting vehicles, let alone the liner stuff, so excuse my ignorance; but could this have still been done by just taping off and covering the rest of the vehicle while you painted the fenders?

I've had good luck with it before. I painted the bumpers on my 72 Bronco with it two years ago and it still looks good. 4 coats in about 3 1/2 cans Buster |
