After you get all 6 nuts and bolts off..the grille just snaps off the front end..there is little spring clips on the ends holding it on...Should pull right off easy.

edit: .... did you take those pictures just to show off how clean your engine bay is... the more I look at it the more I wonder why mine doesn't look quite like that anymore hahahahaha. Yours is cleaner than mine was from the factory [sm=smiley20.gif]
