No need to use it now that they are 100% blue tooth compatible. I never really used on my other vehicles either. Just every once and a while. I would always just use my mobile phone.

I have 120 mins. left out of 130 mins I bought in Jan. Never really use the Onstar as much as I thought that I would. I have a portable GPS for nav. and I use it for speaker phone as well.

I have the Onstar Directions and connections. Very little use.

Only time I used it when I forgot my mobile phone at home, but it was only for maybe 5-10 minutes and never used it again.

Like others, only use onstar for accidents and if I lock my keys in my car which I have done twice ..

Guys, I admit that it is not a very good deal. However, I go into the backcountry in several areas where there is no cell coverage and it is kinda nice knowing that I can get through by using Onstar. I have tried it out and it works virtually in most of the places in Colorado and Arkansas that I go.

New ones have a built in bluetooth handsfree system. It works thru the stereo just like onstar but using your cell phone.
