Especially on the exit we passed each other near....hop off the exit, take a right and go down towards grove. Plenty of shady hump shacks down there and all the crack we could smoke for the right price.

For sure, if you ask me I think the DEA is getting the crack from the space aliens, everyone knows spacecrack is the best crack anyways. Then they move it down to the street level pushers and look the other way.

No wonder I got a $198 ticket in Cleveland for no front license plate while I was sitting in my truck waiting for the cop to write the ticket and staring at a very obvious drug dealer making hand to hands on a nearby corner. This explains it all, thanks drtom!
