Default Newbie from Michigan

Hello, I'm looking to buy my first H3, I hope to find some incite on what to look for or avoid. I've owned 4WD trucks, but looking for something different. any helpful input will be appreciated!

Recommendations will Depend on what you will be using the vehicle for.
Daily, offload, towing, etc.

Mainly a daily driver, some off-roading but nothing to crazy, also to tow my boat that weighs about 3000 lbs.

North central, Higgins Lake. I located an 09 Alpha, I;m hoping to go check it out Tuesday.

I would say go with an 08-UP Alpha (V8) if you are going to tow. The Alpha gets about the same mileage as the I5 and has the umph when you need it.

thanks for the input, Alphas are hard to find, I hoping to get my F-250 SD sold soon. In time to get the one I found. I’ve been reading posts on performance upgrades, it doesn’t sound like there is much you can do to improve mpg’s Good Thing I know engine performance gurus from boat racing! They may have a trick or two.

Yes, that’s a pretty nice one, is this someone you know? I found another one near Dearborn. About the same in miles and price.
