Looking for some help, its been a little difficult to get some info on an install I'm doing for an aftermarket head unit and GPS system. I'm fairly handy but this will be my first attempt at this kind of project and I was hoping with your contacts here on the site you might be able to point me in the right direction for some answers.

The instructions that were provided were very loose in terms of placement and connections based on general application not specific to the H3. The head unit is pretty straight forward along with the harness(I think) On the outset my problem seems to be placement for the GPS unit and where to best route and install the antenna. Any tips or pointers would be of great help to me thanks for your time.

 

I just purchased a used Nav on eBay. It was a plug and play. Took less than 20 minutes.
