GM Parts Direct (also owned by Flow in NC) has the UCP for $245 ($307.48 vs $315.95 Shipped). Like I stated in my previous post, I would email them first before ordering and make sure they are off back order. I am guessing they are still on back order and will be discounted just like they have been doing with other Hummer GM Accessories (like the roof marker lights). I wouldn't completely cover the UCP, I would at least leave some roof for drainage and cooling. Thorparts sell a weld on kit for the OEM UCP.

I live in cortland ny. And we should def get some kind of group together. I've bought a couple things from teaka and yeah they seem to be a bit pricey. I'll def contact Thor about those plates and see what they say. Btw thanks for the tire advice I like the mk2 but I found duratracs in 315 for less than the km2 in 265. I'm def going with the duratracs. I would paint the rims but I just hate how they look I don't need anything too fancy just something better than the stock and black! Does anyone have a lift on their hummer? I'm not going to worry about it right now but just curious how they affect it.

What did you get quoted on the KM2's?

I live about and hour and half away and would do my best to help out a fellow HUMMER owner on tire prices. I am not sure if your interested but I can get BFGoodrich KM2's, Cooper Discoverer ST, Cooper Discoverer STT, Toyo Open Country MT, and more. All prices would include mounting and balancing. Just throwing that out there to help you out.

Milawave, do you have a Dunn Tire in Cortland? I shopped around for months back in the day for my Mickey Thompsons ATZ's and got them for under 1k (installed) with free lifetime rotations and balancing. Been there three times since to have them rotated and no problems, they have been great.

Just going to throw this out there for you to consider...All the priced include mount, balancing, and etc. Plus you wouldn't have to pay for shipping (~$130.00).

Cooper Discoverer STT (similar to the Mickey Thompson MTZ) - $295.34ea
Cooper Discoverer ST (Hybrid AT/MT) - $274.58ea

I can also get BFGoodrich KM2's but I don't remember my log in for that vendor and would have to wait until I get to the shop on Monday.

Fancy pants, there is a Dunn tire in auburn less than hr away the site said they could fit the duratracs for 1139 out the door with all the extras you mentioned. I have decided to keep my stock rims I will be painting them or something to that affect. SundownaudioNY i do appreciate the offer but I think I'm going to just stick with this option thank you though.

Default Good Choice

I have the Duratrac's on both my Hummer and my Sport Trac and I love them, and they have not let me down yet. Quiet on the freeway awesome off road. I have like 35,000 on the ones on my Trac and they still have about 80% of their tread left. Alot of highway miles too.
