So I just acquired a 1996 Hummer H1 Wagon, but need a hand with a few things. So I just got it a week ago from the original owner and it only has 23k on it. So I was SIKED! But here comes the but, I have found a few things that need some love.

1. The front passenger door locking actuator is not triggering with the door lock switch. I am wondering how hard is it to fix, and would it be a replacement of the actuator, or is there something easier to do?

2. The 12V power supply and the cigarette lighter plugs have no power. How do I fix this?

3. While I was driving from Tennessee to Minnesota, I noticed a few times that while on the aux tank that the fuel gauge was doing the wave. As in spiking from where it really was down to a quarter or less and then back. Is this the fuel pump for that tank or the fuel level indicator for it and how would I fix that?
