New engine
Jus got my reman engine for the 3 from autozone. Getting ready to drop it in. Jus need to know if there is anything I need to do before I crank it. I read somewhere that reman engines need to have the oil pump primed before starting.? If so how do I do go bout that? Also do I need to have dealer reprogram for the new engine? Thanks.

The "engine" needs no programming. However, the PCM will need to be programmed to the Vin of the new motor, and if you have a 2008+ the TCM may need programming as well.... but we got no idea what year or model we are talking about.
