Hey guys I have a rancho lift kit on my alpha and dick cepek 20"rims and terra grappler tires. I love the way it looks but it does ride a lil rough when the road isnt smooth, I am wondering how mush better it will ride if i take the rancho lift kit off and what will be needed to do so, it is a complete lift kit. and I am thinking of trading my rim and tire combo for a more offroad set up smaller rims and bigger tires. I am looking for some direction and advice on this I still want it to look cool. I may sell or trade all this, I just want a more offroad look to the rims and tires and a smoother ride.can i just change the shock and have it ride smooth? if anyone has advice or is interested in trading out some of this stuff let me know. I also have a brade new stock spare chrome h3 rim with a new tire on it. it prob. wont do me any good if I am not running that setup. thanks
mike

Get rid of the skinny tires and street wheels and put some meat on there and it will soften up quite a bit. Low pro's always ride rough. The lift is pretty straightforward to take off, just time consuming. You will need the original Hub/knuckles and endlinks though.
