Was my engine ever replaced? VIN provided
 

I'm looking at buying a 1997 4-Door Truck and was wondering if someone had the tools to search and verify it the engine was ever replaced. I read in one of 3Hummers post to contact Lynch or Tustin but could not find them listed in directory.

The VIN is:

Call Rob at 714-669-3699 or 714-918-7174. He can run the service history on the truck and tell you if AM General ever replaced the engine. Rob works in service at Tustin Hummer. It is possible the engine was replaced after warranty and that might not show up in the service records.

Ended up buying a different truck and found out that my engine was swapped out 37,000 miles ago. Runs great!!!
