its a 16 guage powder coated bracket, all hardware included, 50 bucks a pop. the only thing i dont supply is a light, im hookin uo with al L.E.D. on monday, but you can get trailer lights from any local auto parts store, ill let you know how the L.E.D. guy works out

 

sorry no 20" rims for sale, the color is solar flare, from what im told not to many around that color so im psyched
