so i used to own a 2007 h3 back in 07 got re-end by a semi and it totaled out. so ive been searching a lot on line and found an 2010 h3t base with bigger wheels and tires(dealer added them) with 14,000 on the odo they have it listed for 29,900 it books for 31,000, did a vin check and they have had this car since 02/2011 and has been moved between 3 lots and obviously they cant sell this cause they threw wheels and tires on it to make it catch some more eyes.. what is the best deal i should be able to get from these guys?

i figured i would offer 24,000 and work from there and would need to get it in the 25-26ish range
