Low tire pressure
The Dealer can't figure this out: (they have had my truck for over a week)
They installed 295/75/16 BFG A/T's and Truxxx leveling kit. Truck says Low tire pressure. so far they have replaced all tire sensors and instrument cluster. Any ideas?

whats the temperature where you're at? I had some major issues with mine and it was always when it got below 20 degrees...they replaced a few of the sensors, and filled the tires with nitrogen...no more problems
The Cooper 35's I put on came nitrogen filled. I deffiently noticed I didn't have to add air when It got cold like on my wife's and kids cars. Almost made it through the winter and haven't touched them yet.. Not sure on the gas mileage either way. They advertise it and also say it improves tire life, run cooler etc... So far I like it....
I live in Charleston so i don't think its the cold thing. i don't know the tire pressure the dealer installed the tires and i haven't got the car back yet. They just said they cant get rid of the low tire pressure warning. they ordered a new BCM today.
do you have an aftermarket stereo with navigation by chance? they told me that the navigation anteneas can cause interference between the TPM sensors and the BCM, sometimes causing the "low tire" or "serv tpm" lights to come on...
The Tire Pressure Monitor sucks *** in my opinion...It doesnt do anything for me but keep showing errors and turns lights on in my dash...I dont even bother worrying about it when the light comes on, i just push the cluster stalk to get the warning to go away...I am putting on 20s with 35s in a week and I dont even think I am going to waste the money having TPMS sensors installed into the new setup...Did they recalibrate the system exactly??
My dealer gave me "Nitrogen for Life" when I bought mine as if it was some big thing... gee thanks for the green valve caps!
The air we breathe is already 78% Nitrogen... good enough for me. I have never noticed a mileage improvement with or without. It is just another type of snake oil IMO.
Somebody should come out with a product that deliberately fools the TPMS system so you don't have to run sensors... I would buy that. Everytime I am off-road and I air down I have to look at the damn waning light and display message.
