I have a similar item for sale.

It came with the Groud Force lowering kit. Includes low-pro shock plates,..better rear shocks, spring blocks and "U" bolts.

Here's a pic of the plates installed. As you can see the shock end is above the bottom of the spring plate instead of below. This seems to be even lower profile than the billet one.




Here's the full kit,...no need to lower the truck,..although lowering the rear an inch makes leveling easier, and doesn't do so much dammage to the front suspension geometry and the vehicles' handling. The shocks have less compression dampening I think,..for sure they rode a lot nicer. Hrere's the entire kit,..now for sale (used for 20,000 miles) for $120.
