Anyone know the exact height of a stock H3 Alpha with roof rack? Since I have time to waste before I get it, figure I better find out if it fits in the garage!

 

Mine is a totally stock H3 Alpha without a luggage rack and it fits in the garage by a wide margin. ( did I say mine I meant to say my wifes ) LOLWhen she gets home I'll measure it for you.

73 inch height- that based on the stock 32" wheels?

 

Since you have time to waste, you might want to go to the dealer and measure it. It's probably 32s on that height measurement; if not, add 1/2" for the 33s. Roof rails aren't in that height, so if you are that close in height I'd recommend taking the time to measure the actual vehicle you are getting, or one like it.

Yes mine would have the 285's. Looks like at this point I need to clear 76 1/2 inches atleast. Time to go measure!

 

So... I have 75 1/4" .... ****! Looks like no roof rack for me!

 

Yep mine with 2 inch lift, 285 tires, Rolla rack with Hummer crossbars is 82 1/2. If I go slow I can get in my double garage with 8 footdoor.With a spare up there I go in the shop with a 10 foot door.
