lokking at possibly trading my 2006 f350 turbo diesel superduty for a 1994 h1 love the hummer drove them in the military and have been to rod hall driving school for them. any thing to really look out for in the 1994 model year? Thanks new to the forums. Mike

 

The 94 will be a little slower than the newer trucks. the HVAC systems in the pre-97.5 trucks is weaker than you would like. These trucks are simpler and easier to maintain than the newer trucks. Have it checked out by an H1 mechanic or owner if you can.

 

You'll miss your PSD. I sure the hell do.

BUT. Hummers are way fun. Especially hmwwv's! good luck! Keep a deep wallet for gas/diesel for your new hummer; it'll get half what your psd does.
