This error came on yesterday "Replace Liftgate Fuse". Not exactly sure what this is or where it's located. Still relatively new to H2's.

Can you guys help me out? Thanks!

 

Not sure eather, and GM in their infinite wisdom don't have all the things listened for what they are for, some fuses do more that one thing. For example, I blew the fuse for the floor courtesy lights and I'll tell you they are not listed nor are they hooked with the dome lights.
I hand to sit down and systematicly pull and check each one till I found it.
Actually it's not as bad as it seems. Get yourself a good set of small needle nose pliers and you can pull and check them pretty quick. When you do find it make a note on the inside of the fuse panel for future reference ( & it wouldn't hurt to post it here)

 

it is in the electrical panel on the drivers side, open the drivers door and you will see how to take the cover off. its the square delay/fuse on the end, just take the old one out and replace.

 

The manual says the "ECC" is the liftgate fuse. I checked it but its not blown.

Whats the fuse youre referring to labeled as in the manual?

 

Do you guys know if there's another fuse for the lift gate in another location?
