I locked the doors on my 2006 H2 SUV yesterday and noticed that the liftgate didn't lock. So I was screwing around with the remote lock and finally got it to lock, but then I couldn't get it to unlock no matter what I did. This morning I took the liftgate door panel off from inside the truck and when I pushed the lock and unloc button I noticed the the little lever insde the door only moved about an 1/8 inch so I moved it by hand and it locked and unlocked easy. I called the HUMMER dealer and they said that I needed a new actuator for the lock but it comes with the whole assembly including the door handle at a price of $301.56. Does anyone know where I can just get the actuator????

 

without a vin (so i may be wrong) i come up with part number 15926027....255.32 and from the dealer yes it is the complete unit
