Oil is leaking from the bolt shown above. Opinions on what actions I should take from here? First thought was gasket replacement? Anyone else come across this issue?

1st course of action to suggest is to thoroughly clean the area with de-greaser or brake cleaner and rag to start with.

Like HH stated, clean everything and see where it is actually coming from. I assume the bolt you are talking about is the drain plug...???
